Large Commercial Sump Pump Failure

Our client experienced a sump pump failure to their building. At the time of the issue the commercial space was vacant; in progress of securing tenants for the multi unit office space. The building had water covering over 100,000 square feet of flooring, several inches in some areas. There were different types of flooring throughout the space, some tile and some glue down carpet. All carpeting areas were removed, and some areas where tiles had popped had also been removed. There was drywall and insulation affected in all areas and majority of walls were cut 2 feet in height and wet insulation was removed. Our Team responded quickly to help our client extract the water, and assess all areas that were affected. They were thoroughly impressed with our daily communication and ability to service their needs.
